Looks good, do you have a ECO on order too?
Was going to ask about that barrel length but I guess the barrel they used in my Valor for SSE was just extra long and probably not needed.
haha.. Thanks neighbor! I'm available on Sunday the 10th we can get out there early to break this baby in. Grab some lunch and catch up with the other guys later sometime.....You tha man Alvin, when we going shooting? Can't wait on the other guys much longer.... Who did you use for the SSE?
Thank you sir! I can't put it downWow, beautiful pistol and great photos. Now we need to see some targets with holes. I feel the pain of your addiction. I keep looking at different DW's and saying that will be the last. Congrats.
thanks! I love the look of it It's nicely done. Dan Wesson Rocks!:rock:yup, that has to be the nicest looking railed gun around. Fantastic pics !
I keep 1 rail gun for the house, next to ol' trusty 870. not that it's needed, just because I guess. Railed 1911's make for a good flashlight with a x300 or similar attached I sold a SA MC Operator to get this one. Very pleased so far.Nice. If I needed a railed 1911 this would be it. Beautiful 1911 and pics.
This guys "Specialist First Impressions" post is the reason I own this pistol today. Thank you Mr. 45 addict!Love those grips on her. You might want to put a drop or two of loctite on the magwell screw before you head out with her. Mine shot loose and there has been one other owner to post a similar experience. At least bring a wrench along with you. You have me contemplating yet another grip purchase:hrm:
Thank u sir! I really like it. The VZ's do come stock on the gun, and as far as the finish, the color shown in the pictures are pretty much accurate.Dude that Specialist looks amazing! Is the finish like a gunmetal shade stainless or is it just the lighting? Did it come with those VZ's? I'm seriously thinking about adding that to my railed 1911 lineup I already have.
That does it. You have sealed the deal for me with the color. Now I have to try and find one with a price tag that I can agree with!Thank u sir! I really like it. The VZ's do come stock on the gun, and as far as the finish, the color shown in the pictures are pretty much accurate.
Sorry it took so long. I am used to the 3 dot sight picture and must admit I was having trouble getting used to looking through the sights with this gun. To be honest I contemplated switching out the sights to a 3 dot setup but, I thought I should give myself a chance to get used to them. After about 750 rounds through the short time owning this gun I am confident with it and, is now my dedicated Get The Hell Up! Outta My House!!! weapon of choiceNow we need to see some targets with holes.
