While this is my first Springfield Armory pistol, it is not my first 10mm.
I've already ordered 16rd Mags with sleeves.

I was going to get the Sig X-ten 10mm with their FCU but it was too large for my liking and it still has some issues.
Besides, I wanted a 10mm compact and who knows if and when Sig will make a X-ten 10mm compact?

I have one- it's an excellent firearm. I have a 15 rd mag for mine- they have 16 round mags?

You would need to get a Mag sleeve separate.
