A few weeks ago I purchased some parts from Springfield. My card has been debited, an invoice from Springfield has been received, but the parts have not arrived. Is this typical for Springfield? How do you rate their order fulfillment and customer service?

I ran into the same deal with another supplier although I didn't even get an order confirmation. When I finally got concerned and dispatched an email, it was answered promptly. The parts were backordered....And they STILL are!

I have ordered from Springfield before. I also received an invoice separately.

If you don't get your order soon, just give them a call. I rate Springfield's service as very high. I have always been very satisfied.
