I've really enjoyed following your project. I'm fairly new to 1911's and have thought about attempting some of the mods your demonstrating. Thanks for the detailed narratives and the great pics. Good luck on the rest of the project.

Thank-you so much for the kind words. It really means a lot to me to know that others are enjoying the website. I'll continue to move forward on this as long as there is interest. I'll be moving forward again in a week or so. I've ordered a milling machine and will get it all set up and installed. then post lots of photos. We'll be lowering and flaring the ejector ports next I think.
