Finally......after months of waiting......I finally removed the Heinie Ledge rear sight from my TRS-Comp and slid the RMR right into place with a highly satisfying fit. Slid pin in place and tightened set screw......and loaded up some mags and went to the range.

The gun runs great and is even faster now.

Insane fast.

Good cleaning was due when I made it back home.

This barrel is stout.

While I think I'd prefer the larger view window of the SRO......I do like having the rear sight in front of the RMR.

Heinie Long Slide in 10mm from 2012. Someone traded in this safe queen and I scooped it up. I can tell you that she is not a safe queen anymore. Shoots wonderfully.

Thank you.

That TRS-Comp is one that I never saw coming. Was vastly different than the typical .45 government or commander that I enjoy.

After my wife's passing I found myself with time on my hands....time that needs filling. Two interests that emerged....thanks to some shooting friends....was extended range rifle and fast action-type pistol.

I ordered the TRS-Comp and waited.

Added a 2011 P DPO during the wait time and have been extremely pleased with the great handing of this type handgun.....accuracy at speed. I've adopted the use of red dot sights on some guns, too.

The irony is this TRS-C is IOS configured. I have an RMR dedicated for it....yet I leave the gun in it's Heinie state. 👍
I love the sight picture and it's sameness as compared to my only other Hawk, a Falcon in .38 Super (which may very well be my favoritist of favorites. The gun feels better in my hand than any I've ever owned).

It is silly how well these guns shoot for me....and I'm no great shot.
They both want to run fast.....the TRS-C wicked fast. Both draw the ire of some RSO's.

I'm forever asking their forgiveness for rate-of-fire shenanigans. It ain't purty, but it's how I roll. Explore limits and ask for forgiveness. Luckily, though......I'm a slow driver. Good thing my midlife crisis toys have triggers, not rally wheels and fast V-8's.

Dub, if you don't mind, would provide the build specs for the NHC two-tone .38S? Regardless, one of my favorites in this thread.

Well you've absolutely got the finest-handguns-in-the-world award locked up. If you were doing the driving thing you'd have one of the new Corvette C8 ZO6s with the ZO7 package. I don't have one and seriously doubt that I'll ever have one. They're $150K plus.

But I do enjoy my 2021 Camaro ZL1, (yes, a Camaro) and terrorize the local community with some slightly irresponsible driving shenanigans. I'm not proud of it but I just can't control myself. I used to have Corvettes, hence my username. However, the Camaro ZL1 is a fantastic car. it's got the C7 ZO6 motor (LT-4) with 650 HP and the Corvette's upgraded magnetic shocks. I haven't been beaten by any Corvette yet, in a drag race or through the twistees.

Anyway Dub, I always enjoy your posts, photographs, and amazing guns.

Bigtime thank you.

That is a sweet, sweet car you are driving.

I can only imagine the grins that come from that beast.

Got home today and in the mail was my new holster and mag carrier from BlackPoint Tactical for my Agent2. Lead time for these two items was about 10 weeks. This is my second holster and mag carrier from them as I have a similar setup for my Staccato P.
