I hear ya, USMM GUY!!!

It just amazes me,... every time I read an infiltraitor post, on a web sight, whining about how the NRA is a worthless piece of crap organization,... while,... simultaneously,... the left wing socialists whine from DC,... for the past half century,... about the over powering influence the NRA has, on the Hill.

Hmmm,... :sneaky:

I'm not as happy with NRA as I had been. But I think that the NRA WILL be back stronger than before!
This goes to show it's still working. I do know about GOA thinking the two can and will work together.
I do think NRA should move headquarters, stop paying taxes in New York!
I am still member of NRA and expecting them to the best for my 2a Rights.
Thanks this is my opinion thanks .

In a war, a man's gotta know who is on his side.

You need them, they need you; any little differences need to be set aside during combat with the real enemy. Otherwise, defeat is predictable.

The NRA and I are absolutely on the same side.

I'm keeping my NRA membership current. Some aren't so happy with LaPierre, et al, but keeping Chipmunk out of the ATF is a great victory for us all.

Many are disappointed that the NRA doesn’t take up every 2nd Amendment related fight. I believe that they understand that it is prudent to conserve their resources for the important battles. Our adversaries have nearly unlimited resources but we do not. We have to pick our battles and prevail when the fight is critical.

I dunno. NRA made me aware of the situation early on.
Same here; I've received several emails from them since he was nominated.

The NRA is primarily its members. Overwhelmingly so.

It's not about whoever is its President at a particular time in history.

Just as with the White House, presidents come and go. The White House itself and the people it represents are of a more durable nature. We are not Joe Biden; similarly, the NRA isn't merely its current president.

I am a lifetime NRA member but never received a single communication from the NRA on the Chipman issue. OTOH, I received several emails from GOA (of which I am also a lifetime member) urging me to oppose his nomination, providing simple means to do so, etc. I had no idea that the NRA was even involved in a campaign to stop it.
I bet that you have gotten solicitations for a donations from them. What do you think that they do with ILA and PVF donations?
