Hey all, I'm looking to fit a bushing to my Springfield mil-spec some time soon. Never done this job before, so I'm curioius what tools do I need for the job. Also, is it a hard job to do? I'm kind of learning as I go. Already fit a grip safety, thumb safety and trigger, so I'm not helpless, lol.

Measure the OD of your barrel and the ID of the slide. Go to Brownells and look at the specs for the bushings they carry and find the closest match. You're done.

On my Mil Spec the EGW was a perfect fit. Fits just tight enough to the frame that I need a wrench (or strong fingers) and no perceivable play in barrel.
