Hi guys, I have a question. I am considering trading a guy over on the firing line, my new Wilson KZ45 Tactical Carry Pistol for a Wilson Protector. The Protector was built four years ago and is built by Wilsons on a Springfield Armory Slide and Frame. My Question is, are the guns that wilson builds on other companies slides and frames as good and the current production guns from Wilson? And are they still covered by the Wilson Service Policy? Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

Just curious, why are you wanting to get rid of your KZ-45?

They built them on springfield slide and frames but they did not tighten the slide to frame as well as they do on current ones. Warranty i understand is still the same, If it were mine i would keep the KZ

I decided to keep the KZ and just save up and buy a Protector at a later date.
