I am thinking about pulling the trigger (ha ha pun intended) on a TRP but I want to get some thoughts on the trigger pull. The website states 4-5 lb pull but how does it "feel"? Does it break crisp and is 4-5 about right or does it feel heavier? I have a park'd loaded it is called out at 5-6lbs but it feels much heavier then that, it is heavy enough that it tends to pull my shots low. Those with a TRP please comment on this.
Thank you in advance

I have a stainless TRP and mine snaps at 5lbs. While the TRP pull is great it is still not as good as my MC Operator.

My TRP is a crisp 5lbs...no creep..a perfect trigger feel. BTW, I have 2,000 rounds with 0 failures of any kind. Mine is absolutely perfect.

I don't have a TRP but I do have a Trophy Match. From what I understand they're basically the same pistol. The trigger pull on my TM is very smooth and very crisp. I haven't actually used a gauge on it because it's so nice I really don't care what weight it is.

My TRP trigger is excellent, it 'feels' less than 5lbs.

Excellent pistol in all respects!

Armory Kote TRP: 4.25lbs, like a glass rod
SS TRP: 5lbs, good, but no glass rod.
TRP Op 1/2 Rail: 4.5lbs, glass rod.
TRP Op Full Rail: 4.5lbs, slight creep, crisp let off.

Good all around!

Hope this helps!

I just picked up my new Stainless TRP on friday, The trigger feels great to me, i don't have a gauge, but it's lightyears ahead of my gi and mil-spec. it's comparable to my stainless loaded. and feels a little heavier than my champ operator, but i haven't fired it yet, so break-in could only make it better. It breaks clean and has no overtravel. The fit and finish is overall outstanding. For the price i picked it up for i can't ask for anything more.

There's no reason to expect a TRP to feel different than a Loaded. Same pistol, just different trim. Same fire control parts. There's a wide variation in trigger pulls on these pistols depending on the care during assembly.
