Similarly to my Super Tac "test" underway in the LB Forum:

This TRP had a write-up done earlier this year. Same parameters as the SupTac "test".

880 rounds fired. A notable "slugishness" was noted at round count 560 (give or take a few...;)). This was only noted with the Tripp mags, not the 47Ds. I dont have a theory formed about this yet. This stabilized and did not change after that number. FWIW, my brothers Champ Op (same round count) is behaving nearly identically in terms of "slugishness".

This could be a lubrication issue, or a coating issue. I doubt that it is a manufacturing issue.

Still, 880 rounds, no failures yet. I'm going to go predict 1,756 rounds to failure. Time will tell.

Dirty pics to follow tomorrow AM.

Which TRP is this? I know you have a collection of them :)

The AK should have better 'natural' lube vs SS. Curious if it has an effect on reliability.
