I target shoot with small 9mm pistols (Kahr P9, Sig P238) as treatment for balance problems from advanced spinal stenosis. In August, 2013, I purchased a Kimber Solo, Custom Shop (CDP) with a Crimson Trace laser. After a break in period the Solo reliably shot range grade 147 gr ammo. I could never get a good grip on the pistol and changed the grips to G10 minifrag style (model 7123)(blue-black) manufactured by SGM Grips (Statesboro, GA). I can now shoot much more accurately and comfortably. Also the grips are quite beautiful, esp. after a thin ballestol oiling.
