I went to the range today to shoot my Valor. Only have maybe a couple of hundred rounds through it.

Used a pie plate with a stick on center. This was hand held at 15 feet.
I am sure the Valor could do better, but this was about it for me.

Hope the photo comes through.

I got that thought too! I'd have the youngest hold the apple so a pie plate wasn't a stretch.

So how many years have you been shooting?

I'd say you and your Valor are ready to move back a bit...one hole has to get kinda boring after a while....NICE shooting

Photo of Valor

It is a 45 and the rounds were WWB 230 fmj.

I have been shooting most of my life, although most of it was with a 22 rifle.
Got into Pistols 4 or 5 years ago, starting serious about 2 years ago or so.

Notice how high the rear site of the valor is adjusted up. Is this normal, or do I need to do some site replacing??

I hope to go to range next weekend and shoot off some kind of rest, to determine whether it is the sites or me. Hope its me, cause it sure shoots sweet.

Those grips are by Sarge, he sure does good work.

I'd say your front sight is too short. Is that a supposed to be a matched set? Nice looking weapon btw.

DWD,
if the front site was too short, would that not make it shoot high??
It shoots low to where I aim it. But I am going to range to verify that before I change anything.

Both photos are of the same gun, just different lighting and exposure.

Thanks for the compliment on the gun.
