Anyone know a maker of good quality weapons racks (M4 type) that can be securely mounted to a wall and locked? The weapon(s) would still need to be ready to go at a moments notice...

I know some agencies that use the above for their AR-type arsenal.

The weapons are ready to go as fast as you are able to turn the key in the padlock and swing out the pivoting bar.
