I have 2 kinds of lube. Hoppe's 9 Moly Oil and FP-10. I like both but i dont know if one is better than the other or if there is any better lube out there.

There's been a lot of debate about this, but I use the Militec grease on the slide rails of my .45s.
astroglide?

Fp-10 here for the last year up untill then it was Rem-oil
FP 10 on all my 1911's....they love it.;)

be safe, shoot well.
militec for my 45s
CLP Breakfree for lube, and Rem Oil for light cleaning.
FP 10 - but only b/c Kimber recommends it. I have no idea if it really is the best. It seems to lubricate well and doesn't have an annoying smell to it.
I use either Kellube or TW25B grease on my pistolas
I used FP10 on on my ARs and everything else
Slideglide for grease applications and Militec oil everywhere else

FP10 CLP. Any other CLP is fine too.

But CLP is dirty, so if keeping your clothes clean is vital Militec-1 is next on the list. But it requires more maintenance 'cuz it's a lube only, not a preservative.

Astroglide - there is none finer.
Breakfree on all my guns since it came out.

I haven't decided yet, I've used Breakfree CLP, but it seems to dry off too quickly, my gun goes dry after 100 rounds or so. When I use Outers light gun oil, it seems to stay lubricated long after the 250 round mark.
I've heard that Mobil 1 is a very good lubricant for the 1911, and I just might give it a try.
