OK, so much for that idea! I suppose the other possibilities would be the face angle on the ejector possibly not being correct or possibly the tension on the extractor not correct. You might try looking over the FAQ on extractor tension and make sure thats correct. Maybe the the tension is too high and the case is getting "hammered" into the slide when it ejects. If it gets really high, you'll start having FTF problems.
