My Kimber Custom Classic finally arrived today and I wanted to change the rubber grips for a pair of Chip McCormick rosewood grips. Problem is, what size is the hex screw holding on the grips? None of mine seemed to fit...

Now let me get this straight. You want somebody to get their gun, then find the correct size wrench, measure it, and report this information back to you so you can have the convience of stating the right wrench size when you send your wife to the hardware store? OK, hold-on I'll be right back.

That is correct, grip screws are 3/32 allen or hex, which ever you prefer to call them.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the help. Have to see why I don't seem to have that size in my hex set.

Jason, go back to bed. Your "help" isn't too funny...
