I just ordered a jig to stone my hammer and sear. What other parts do I stone to smooth up the pull. Trigger Bow? etc.

Sides of the hammer
Sides of the sear
Contacting surfaces of the disconnector (especially where it meets the rear of the trigger bow.
Trigger Bow
Trigger raceway
Inside sides of frame where it contacts the hammer/sear
Spring hole on MSH

Think that's about it...

Top and bottom of the trigger, although on milspecs, this probably already rattles.

Problem with "stoning" the top/bottom of the trigger is that most triggers are aluminum and aluminum will completely clog a good stone...

OK, I stoned the parts suggested above and the problem I referred to in this post:

hasn't gone away. I may be paranoid but it might even be a little worse.

What now? I have a power custom series I jig on the way? Will stoning the sear and hammer help?

My only guess would be some irregularity in the sear/hammer relationship causing the problem... if this is the problem, anything related to the sear/hammer should be addressable with the jig.

I'd be sure to square the hammer notch, set it's depth right (around .018-.020"), set the sear angle and be sure to put a relief on the sear... all of this should be clearly laid out in the instruction that come with the jig.
