Why not put something like this in the manual:
This may beneficiary because,Thank you for purchasing the Colt's O1991. We are pleased that you have chosen one of the Colt's finest handguns. Following the tradition, this firearm was made in USA, in our West Hartford plant ... then blah blah blah so on and so on
- thanking the customer
- marketing/selling point of MADE IN USA
- Shutdown silly rumours like this.
