I've got no problems with the "red thing" bolted to my bench. I've loaded tens of thousands of .45 and 9mm on my turret press. Rugged, reliable, no problems. I've got the three-hole turret with Lee dies, and an auto-disk powder measure.

Definitely not the fastest set-up, but I have complete control over all the stations - I actually removed the auto-index gizmo that allows this press to be used as a "semi-progressive." I can consistently hold OAL tolerance to within .001", and the powder measure is good to +/- 1/20 gr. - even with flake powders like Red Dot.

I highly recommend this affordable, durable and accurate set-up.
