I lost the firing pin plunger spring from my series 80 today three times! :grumble: Luckely I found it three times.

I will loose this thing. How do I get spares? Will Colt sell them to me through their website?

I want spares for the firing pin plunger spring and firing pin plunger. I need stainless.

By Gosh, Brownell's does have them. I'd looked there a couple of times (a couple years ago) but didn't see them so I'd ruled them out.

I've lost and re-found this @&#$*! spring I don't know how many times and it made me nervous just to remove the firing pin. I'll order a few and rest easier. Especially since my series 80 is now a Yo-Bo custom and is now my preffered carry gun. www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=5&f=49&t=21351

I've found that local smiths have the parts you usually need, in house. In the past they have always sold these parts at very reasonable prices. I recently purchased the Ser 80 plunger, the pluger lever and the tiny spring for less than $10. Call'em and check. If your like me, I hate waiting and I hate paying shipping/handling.
