I was looking at Wilson's recent catalog and I noticed that the CQB Compact has a slightly shorter barrel than the tradiitonal "Commander" length style 1911; specifically, 4" vs. 4.25". However, it wasn't clear if the CQB compact had a bushing or a bushingless barrel. Could someone add some insights? Thanks . . .

The Compact has the cone style, bushingless barrel. I believe its the way to go in this gun.
