Parts for my Kimber

I had the good fortune to pick up one of the limited edition Kimber Custom Pro Shadow LE II pistols. I love the pistol and shoot it very well. It is a keeper. I would like to change out the MIM parts and put in quality machined parts. I never had a failure of a MIM part and simply want to tinker with my pistol in a positive way. What manufacturer has a good grade of machined parts that will keep the close tolerances of the Kimber? Eventually I would consider changing the barrel if it will improve accuracy. Does anyone have a list of the MIM parts in a Kimber?

I have a few Kimbers, and have several thousand rounds thru each with no parts breakage. However, I do keep a spare extractor, firing pin stop, firing pin, slide stop, and thumb safety in my range bag. All of these parts, except the the firing pin are MIM parts. All of my spare parts have been fitted and adjusted, so just a parts change out is needed if a part breaks. Like i said above, I haven't broken anything yet, but I keep some spares. I usually order parts from Wilson Combat or from King's Gun Works. Both supply super hi-quality machined parts.

Thanks for the information, I had not heard of King Gun Works. Had a chance to shoot my pistol again today. I can't help but grin after each magazine. If this is a production gun I don't think I would know what to do with a custom one. Think I'll leave well enough alone. Like my Dad always told me, "If it aint broke don't try to fix it." Of course I;m the type that could mess up a rock.
