I've always used a leather rig but want to try a Kydex and from all the searching I've done I like the looks/ features of the Wilson (suede lining for quiet and finish protection) the best. Anyone out there have one for concealed carry? I will use this for daily use and IDPA as I like to stick with the same rig for all around use.

I have carried a full size 1911 in the Tactical Assault holster. It's quite comfortable and concealable. I prefer forward canted rigs and the Tact. Ass. is a straight drop variety. So I got a belt slot piece from the Safariland 560 (aka Wilson Adjuster) and changed out the original belt slot. The optional belt slot allows you to change the angle of cant. It works quite well.

I use a Tactical Assault for IDPA and everyday carry. It is a very good holster for these purposes.
