If it sticks to a magnet, reloading is not recommended; it is steel.
Having said that, if the Huns were due in town tomorrow and that's all I had, it would work at least once. But it would screw up the reloading dies and increase the risk of a failure in the gun.
It seems like I saw an ad somewhere that claimed they were using brass, I don't use it so I don't recall exactly.
