They're not really "target" grips, but the Kim Ahrend's exotic cocobolo finger groove grips are my personal favorites for my 686s and work well for me for target shooting ... you can see them here (if this link works):

Don't know if you can still order 'em for the 686 through S&W or you have to order 'em direct from Ahrend's or find a retailer ...
