WTB: 1943 Era Colt Magazine

1111 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  Ty
I just bought a 1943 Colt and the only
problem is that the magazine is from the
Vietnam era. Does anybody know where I can
get a magazine that matches my Colt? Thanks,

John

I saw some on Ebay just yesterday, I dont have the link but try www.ebay.com and when it comes up put in Colt in the search window and start looking, Best of Luck

Original Colt WWII mags are unmarked. When Colt used mags made by subcontractors they should have a letter stamped on the base lip. Should find a "C-S" or "C-L". Charles Clawson and J.C. Harrison document these well in their ref. books.
