Well I just put on layaway and get to pick it up next week a S&W1911. I checked it out well. Fit and finish seem to be great. Does anyone have one and how do they like it. Any problems. etc.

AWESOME

I have one and I LOVE it. It shoots smooth and makes a pretty tight ragged hole in the target. I have done nothing but move the rear sight a little left and install a shok-buff from wilson combat. In over 1000 rounds, not one problem. It simply shoots great. I even tried some generic magazines that I picked up and after cleaning and lubing the mags, even they worked. You should have no problems with it.

You can also find some more articles about it on the
www.smith-wessonforum.com site. You should be very happy with that gun.

I love mine.

It shoots great, it's well built, and it's really fun to shoot. I have not done anything to mine. Although, I'm going to buy some wood grips for it. Other than that I love it the way it is.

You will not be dissapointed. Good choice and good luck!
