That scratch on the slide can only be eliminated by repolish and re-blue. It's your call to determine if it will worth spending $200+.

My experience with SAI 1911 is that factory plunger spring tend to be much stronger than Colt's which cause difficulty to reassemble without pressing the plunger with a tool. My first SAI Loaded, I scratched the frame and the slide notch slightly. Because of that experience, I replaced all the SAI plunger spring.

My TRP took two strong thumbs and an angry badger to push the slide stop in. At that time SA was apparently installing plungers with too long ends. The Logman modification to the SS completely cured that.
My Pro did not need the modification so we know SA is capable of doing it right.
On the stainless TRP I put a very light idiot scratch on it and when I sent it in to have the point of impact changed they fixed the scratch at my request.
SAI plunger spring was super tight on all of them (6) I bought 10-15 years ago. Once I replaced those springs with OEM Colt's, problem solved. No mods to any of my slide stops needed. I can push in slide stop with Colt's plunger spring without brutal force.
