.40 vs .45 in USPSA, please advise.

.45 acp is fine for Single Stack, or Limited -Ten....; in my opinion, it's recoil is slightly less.

In Limited, the doublestack .40's rule with extended mags with eighteen to twenty round capacities....

Power factor not really an issue unless using strictly factory ammo; 90% or more load their own...
