I just purchased this safety through Brownells and it has been returned with no problem but I don’t want to receive a replacement part in the same shape. The part is very poorly finished so I contacted WC to see if this is common.

I was told this is to be expected with their cast parts and it would have to be “fit”. This has nothing to do with fitting the part for function. This looks really bad.

I have been buying Wilson Combat parts since 1997 and I have never see one like this from them. I would expect it from Rock Island or even from Springfield but not from Wilson Combat. I am shocked

to say the least.

I totally agree with your gripe. I recently purchased one to install and was surprised on how bad they looked.

Absolutely correct, Fletch. Just another you get what you pay for. Taking a minute looking online at ambi safeties and it is obvious that if you want a high quality part you are going to need to spend over $100-$175 for that part. For $60 you get what is show above. I think we are done here, closed.
