I've seen a handful of complaints about internal barrel roughness on a forum or two. I'll note nearly all of these complaints are from low post count new members, who perhaps may or may not know what they are looking at. I haven't seen any pictures associated with these complaints, so I can't verify they are legitimate.

I have no intention of putting an optic on my 92X RDO... I simply bought it because I always wanted to try out a 92 with the Vertec grip...

... I'm a bit underwhelmed by the Vertec grip as the long trigger reach remains the same even if it feels better in the hand.

Unless somebody needs the threaded barrel or likes the brown color, the 92X seems like a better choice/value than the M9A4.
