It can't be "caliber war" because there is no such thing.
The nonsensical term "caliber war" is usually invoked when someone doesn't like a caliber discussion.

If there ever was a mythical "caliber war" 9mm won based on civilian certerfire handgun & ammo sales and what is carried by the majority of LE.

I have pistols in 9mm/357Sig/40/10mm/45 so no "caliber war" just caliber diverse.

But this is a 10mm thread, lets see what a 155 XTP can do in tissue:
Its only 1mm bigger than a 9mm so surely a 9mm can make holes in tissue bigger than a quarter too.
