California and Colt

Revolvers aren't subject to the microstamping requirement so hopefully the new Colt Cobra and any new revolver models will be available to us in the future.

As it is right now the only new Colts you can buy in California are Single Action Army's which since they're single action aren't subject to the roster at all.
