No surprise here. It's going to Governor Gruesome's desk and I think odds are pretty good he'll sign it (despite claiming to be pro-Second Amendment  ).

On a serious note, though, California is a lost cause. But, then again, what can you expect when the people vote for failure, corruption, depravity, and anti-American priorities.

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm on Glock's side on this one because, while it may start with them, all firearms are on the chopping block. Once the loons get traction banning one, it'll be a snowball effect.

That just plain sucks! When are the people of California going to figure it out?

This is why "they" don't enforce already existing laws, preferring instead to use the lawlessness of street criminals as their "agents of change" in order to strip rights away from the law abiding folks.

It's also why "they're" soft on crime perpetrated against the ordinary citizenry; the criminals are defacto assets with which to further their social agenda of cracking down on our rights.

All of that considered; I'll be waiting to see the long lines of street gang and cartel members who are already prohibited persons, who will be queing up at California State Glock collection centers to turn in their already illegally altered Glock machine guns.

Gun laws don't eliminate guns, they only criminalize their possession, something only law abiding folks, and not criminals, are in the least concerned about.

Annnnnndddd…what about all those police and law enforcement departments that have, use and supply staff with Glocks…oh wait…they get yet another exemption.
Unless Glock follow's Barrett's example, and refuses to sell to them. Which I sincerely do not expect to happen.

I guess all the other blue states will soon follow suit. We have a whole bunch of anti-gun legislation being floated right now in Minnesota. Are we in MN farther left than Cali or WA or OR?

I expect Oregon and Washington to follow suit too. They seem to want to top California on gun control laws. But then if California police are still using Glocks then criminals will start robbing them next you get the Glocks. They sure do love those Glock switches though. I do hope Glock does like Bond Arms and Barrett did and stop selling to California. Let the CA police buy SIGs that self discharge for no reason.

I hope you are right…but as a state with over 40 million people…there are 10s of thousands of LEO users…AND they get exemptions already from roster crap and other fun stuff us taxpayers can’t even possess, let alone buy. As usual, these aholes here have elected people that have two sets of rules. I have been here 66 years…the fall is almost complete.
