Guide Rod Chipping /take down holes

Hello, New to the forum and first Tisas
purchase.
I have a Tisas 1911 Ds v2 bull barrel. Really operating well. I put through 50 rounds a session and at 150 rounds I noticed guide rod was chipping and the slide release holes worn. Any ideas?

Maybe slide stop hole bored off allowing everything to bang around and/or not position properly or extremely undersized slide stop pin and/or oversized slide stop hole? Whichever or something else, you're not gonna fix it as metal is gone so you're looking at a return to Tisas.
