A friend and fellow shooter was taken by cancer approximately 2 years ago.
His wife has been disposing of some of his property and gave me his gun safe.
It is a brand I have never heard of and I don't have any paperwork on it.
Has any one heard of Homak gun safes?
The door is open and I don't want to close it until I can open it.
She gave me what she thought was the combination.
It has a rotary combination lock.
I don't know how to use the lock. Do I turn it a number of times before stopping at
the correct number? Do I turn it directly to the next number, or turn the dial a number
of turns first? Which way do I turn the dial?
Then, how do I change the combination?
I found Homak on the internet and contacted the company. I received a reply that
the safe is too old and they don't have any information about how to use the safe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
