I prefer the O1970A1CS that you are referring to. Why? I prefer the lower profile sights without the white dots. I prefer the arched mainspring housing. I dislike the lowered ejection port which the O1970A1CS does not have. This model does not have the firing pin block. This model has a blued barrel and bushing.
It more closely resembles the wartime 1911A1 than anything Colt currently produces.
I added the WWII style thumb safety, arched mainspring housing with lanyard loop and grips.
I added a WWI type 2 wide spur hammer which adds to its appearance.
