A couple of years ago, I purchased a post ban Galil clone or a Golani to be more specific. Anyway. It didn't have a bayonet lug and I always felt that the gun was incomplete without one. So I did a bit of research and found a few photos of rifles that had "add on" lugs. I soon found one of these lugs for sale on-line for $50.00 and carefully installed it on the gun using a plastic dowl and mallet to hammer it on then put a roll pin through it to anchor it. I was very pleased with the results but just wanted to see what you guys might have to say.
