In response to the original post.
All semi-auto rounds should be taper crimped. Revolver rounds get a roll crimp.
I believe there several things you may need to purchase to help with your issue.
First the Lee Factory Crimp die. All of my semi-autos get run through this. Best 25.00 you'll spend. Turn it down until there is no set back to the bullet.
Secondly, pick up a good chamber gauge. "Wilson Machine Works" are the ones I would recommend. Some will say to just use the barrel out of the pistol. While that may work, it won't tell you if the round is in spec or not. Remember, we're dealing with Tens to Thousands of an inch. A round dropped in the gauge will be. Should drop in freely with no help from you. If not tighten the crimp until it does. (You have a little bullet swell and the case is too large of a diameter).

Hope it works out.

Snubby,
that was what I had mentioned before.
Weather you use the Lee FCD or not, that's what the case gauge will show you.
Crimp a little more until that goes away and you'll be good to go. Not all rounds will exhibit this, but the ones that do will will guide you to where you need to be.
