Since Robar no longer offers NP3 gun coatings for single gun finishing, Wright Armory is now offering NT7+ (Nickel Teflon) which is supposed to be very similar in corrosion resistance and durability. Their current process will allow it to bond to both carbon steel and stainless steel. The appearance is very similar to matte hard chrome or satin nickel with a slight bronze hint. It has only been out for a very short while (Since Sept 2023) so there aren't a ton of reviews yet. I am very pleased with the results. This is the before and after. I was quoted 8-12 weeks. It came back to me at the 3 month mark. I had some extra work done so i'm sure if you are sending in a gun for refinishing only, it will probably only be around 8 weeks.
They will do full teardown, clearancing if necessary and full rebuild after it has been refinished.
