Update:
I bought it. It’s in very good shape. There seems to be the slightest amount of play in the between the barrel and the slide. Wife says I need to wait till Christmas but I’m gonna try to sneak it out to the range in the next day or two. I updated the pic with the actual one I bought.

My LGS had a Springfield Long Slide for sale and it really caught my eye. Does anyone own one of these that can tell me about it. It has adjustable rear sight, abi safety, it had front strap checkering. It did have the Brasil stamp on it. The pic is just something I grabbed off the internet.
I don’t really need another Springfield 1911 but this one had me thinking.
