The gun ejects fired rounds without issue but when you chamber a round from the magazine then drop the mag and hand eject the live round it hangs up in the chamber.
The nose of the unfired round is hitting the chamber end of thee slide opening, correct?

The round is being held by the extractor and when the ejector starts to "tilt' the live round the nose of the bullet is catching the slide opening....

I've seen this with mine also... 5" and Commander from recall, but I've not shot them in a month or so....

It would 'appear' that the inside of the front of the slide opening would need a different contour at the edge... ????? maybe a relief ?

Doubt I'd attempt it...

I don't think altering the ejector would help, though 'possible' as it could alter the ejection timing slightly... but if the distance from the breech to the inside of the slide opening is not long enough it would be a moot point....

Tuner??
