I got mine years ago and the first one I got had loads of problems at the range during the first outing. I took pictures of the failures to feed and stove pipes. I walked outside of the range and forwarded the pictures to staccato. Within 15 minutes they gave me a return label And quickly replaced the pistol for me. The new one has been literally perfect and the comment above about minimal recoil is accurate.
