I walked in my big LGS today and noticed the front counter had quite a few new Stoeger striker fired pistol at basement prices. Caracals, Caniks and now Stoeger. The competition is surely heating up. With these bargain prices how long will it be before the HKs ( they already broke their prices once), Walthers, Glocks etc begin to succumb to the competition?

I've had a G19 for years that is my carry gun but honestly, I don't enjoy shooting it as much as my hammer fired pistols. I can shoot the G19 accurately and I like the reliability and capacity, but have been avoiding other striker guns. But I recently decided the try a CZ P-10F. I managed to pick up a used one (that looked new) in a pawn shop for 500 otd. I figured I'd shoot it some and sell it. But I'm enjoying shooting it and recently put it in the nightstand. I've also been seeing good things about the Walther PDP and they're not very expensive.
