It might be prudent to run the Aguila ammo thru a taper crimp die, just to make sure they'll work smoothly. I've had to do that before, with Winchester Silvertips (in .38 Super, BTW), for my old Barsto barrel. It kept the bullets from being shoved deeper into the case, too, so it was an easy fix to a vexing issue with that ammo. It surely won't hurt anything.
I am shooting four .38 Supers now, and the Aguila shoots best in all those pistols, it's pretty good stuff, though apparently it needs a little help in your new pistol. I'm not busting on your pistol, I have five Tisas myself, though none of them are Supers, (yet).
I had a similar problem with my Tisas Desperado. It didn't want to chamber anything longer than 1.250". I bought a finish reamer and cleaned up the leade area. Works fine now with cartridges as long as 1.275".
