My titanium Caspian frame is in their pipeline. I'm surprised how poorly the beavertail grip safety fits in your photos. If mine is that bad, I'll buy and fit someone else's.

 

That was fit before it got to me and clearly wasn't done very good.

Great looking rework. I do have a question about the slide bevel. Typically, I see the large machined bevels run through the serrations and the safety notch as well but I also see bevels like this interrupted at the slide stop to (for what I assumed) keep sufficient contact area on the ledge of the slide stop notch.

Could running a slide bevel completely through the slide stop notch hurt surface area enough to either cause peening or shearing of the notch or possibly even the slide stop itself?

Here is an example an interrupted bevel to which I'm referring to:

 

Yes it could hurt. You want to maintain the maximum surface area contact there. That slide stop notch looks like it has been altered with the little bevel in the rear, it looks like it would push the slide stop down if the slide stop didn't come up all the way.
