I have used, and still use, Xtreme for my plated bullets. I used 147 gr. RN for my .38 Super range fodder, and 135 gr. CPHP for my 9mm. For .45 I use the 230 gr. CPHP for range fodder. Works for me, I usually by in bulk. 5 boxes of 500 bullet boxes at a time. I don't have any vendors around me that carry them, and the last order was 3 boxes of 500 for the 9mm and 2 boxes of the bullets for the Super.

Most of the plated guy list 1250 fps as max for their projos. ("standard" plating) Berrys makes a few that are the "thick plate" and rated for 1500 fps.
So does Xtreme; they call them "heavy plated". The heavy plated are what I get for the .38 Super.

Interesting- I hadn't seen them in the Xtreme line up, although i have only looked for 45 the last few times I visited their site.
The 147 gr. HPRN - the HP represents heavy plated, and the RN it's obvious what that means.
