Got a 9mm officer size ramped SIG barrel from them for about the same price. It works well.

think i can just drop this into my Springfield Armory 9mm 1911? (yes i know no 1911 parts are drop in - just if this is kind of close that may be good enough)

A friend of mine has a SA 9mm, we tried just about every loads with different bullets and could not get the gun to shoot acceptable, I dropped one of these barrels in and it was like day and night, sold it to him for $70 with some ammo included.

With my STI frame and Les B slide, they fit very nicely with good lock up and hardly any fitting, does about 2" at 25 yards with RMR bullets, but another guy at the club said the barrel he got would not touch the upper locking lugs of his gun.

The only problem is the pic shows the early style , but the latter ones they lowered the feed ramps and remove a lot of case support, and you just don't know which barrel you gonna get.
