I just recently purchased a great tisis 1911 a1 asf .45 pistol. LOVE it but i was tryimg to get hold of company using contact id, phone number, email ect. for almost 2 weeks now and absoluty no reply?? Does anyone on this forum have a legitimate phone number where someone will answer or maybe call me back?? Thanks in advance!
Have many 1911's but like lots of us most are collectors.
Rimturtle here.

Common sense folks, think about what you paid for the gun. I wouldn't expect a lot of aftermarket service from them. There probably is very little profit and very much warranty would probably eat that up. From what I've seen so far, it's a lot of gun for the money!

I love the oistol but all i wanted to do was buy a lousy tshirt?? Cant buy a tshirt if ya cant get hold of anyone. Didnt meen to start a war. Seems like a great forum. Been doin lots of reading here today and seem customer service is hit and miss. No big deal as im a gunsmith and do all my own work. One hell of a 1911 A1 for the money. Got the us government one with real parkerising. Looks great and shoots great. Im happy with it. Everybody take a deep breath as we have a soon to be inaugurated real president!!!🇺🇲🗽😉👍 And, Danial Penny was exonerated of all the bs charges!! Merry Christmas!

I have an issue with my new Night Stalker and I sent them an email using their contact form on their website. And I received a return email the next day that they wanted more info. So I sent them more info they wanted. And with in a few hours I received an email that was supposed to have had a return label attached to the email but there was no attachment , So I emailed them to tell them that there was no label attached. But I did not hear any thing back yet, But it was Friday midday. And right before Christmas. So hopefully I hear something next week. But with the holidays who knows.

I'm going to guess that SDS imports has about a small platoon for numbers of bodies, and they deal with the Holidays, vacations, and the Winter sick season like every other small business. I'd also wager they are somewhat the victims of their own success when it comes to demand for product and support.

Since Tisas has the buzz as a "bang for the buck" 1911, that is going to attract a lot of neophyte owners as well as perhaps a few old timers eager to find fault with a bargain import, plus factoring in the persnicketiness of 1911 types in general, I bet the customer services reps have plenty to do.

I'm at the point where if the brass insert comes out of my .45 Aviator I'd just think back to the sights I've launched off other pistols (Hungarian Hi-Power and a Colt Gold Cup) and take it as a sign that Fate intended me to have that gold bead or glow in the dark insert I've been thinking of and not bother Tisas with a warranty request, but I do remember how miffed I was when the rear sight on my fancy Gold Cup went missing.
