Mine had front and rear checkering, and a blackened finish and went for $4K.

I kept a NHC Hi Power for myself, I do like the gun a lot, but I would change three things if I could, tried to do so when I had it built.

While the stippled frame is fine, they should have either left the top of the slide unaltered or better yet serrated.....they should have also serrated the back of the slide as opposed to stippled, would have tied in with rear sight.

Also, I think the beavertail is about 1/3 longer than it should have been IMHO

EWA did a fantastic job on their p35 , I only wish I could've found a way and the cash to own one, or two. Mr Warner addressed several shortcomings of the design with updated and stronger parts. I've replaced several cracked FPSs in my small shop. Note- I'm not a gunsmith but capable of a few things. And IIRC, one of the fixes was a more robust design of the fps was one.

Beautiful piece, congratulations. I wish I had EWAs version or NHCs, but alas only have my FNs. It could be worse.
